SHOPPING EASY

1. PLEASE REFER, READ and AGREE to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS stated below before purchasing.

2. To order, simple fill all the details using the form attached at the bottom of the blog. It's that simple !!!

3. Please wait for a confirmation email/SMS on the availability of your order.

If, the item you like is out of stock, you can make a pre-order and we will come back to you.

FOR BOOKING ~ We entertain booking, however you need to pay deposit (half of the amount) for item you like to purchase and the balance need to be pay 2 days from the date of you pay the deposit to avoid cancellation.

PRE-ORDER

We will take Orders/Booking, while waiting arrival of the items.Orders/Booking will be closed once quota is complete. 1st come 1st served. 50% deposit OR Full Payment is required during booking. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. IF ITEMS ARE DEEMED UNAVAILABLE, A FULL REFUND OF YOUR PAID AMOUNT WILL BE DONE. Please bear in mind and understand that sometimes items can be delayed in shipment/arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We do careful inspection to customer’s orders before delivery.

At the moment, we DO NOT accept return/exchange of goods purchased (unless defective). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

SHIPPING AND RATES

All orders are processed within 2 days once payment is made and confirmed. Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

We offer competitive delivery rates. All orders are delivered via POSLAJU

International customers are advised to email us for shipping quotes.

All items are in good condition before shipping. We are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

Our packaging policy is to use just enough packaging and if possible, to recycle packaging. This is part of our way to eliminate waste and to save cost on having new boxes. We hope you don't mind if you receive your order in an ugly recycled box.

Payment via MAYBANK

Please seek confirmation after payment is made by emailing to us the following information:-

1: Order ID
2: Name and contact number
3: Payment amount
4: Date and time of bank in
5: Bank transaction reference number

**COD for Klang Valley area only. For further COD transaction details, email us at bebes_home@yahoo.com

Please note that we will only process the order after the payment is received. Once we confirm the payment is made, your goods will be post out within 2 days.

You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine (Please note that the bank in machine does not recognize note in RM1, RM5 and coins)

Note : Payment must be received within 3 days after date of order to avoid cancellation of order

DELIVERY TRACKING

Shipping number will be given to you once the products are shipped out. You can always trace the status of your shipment through the courier homepage by key in your tracking number.
